FACILITATION & TRAINING
FACILITATION & TRAINING
Elevate your talent
We love designing and facilitating experiential trainings and sprints at the intersection of human-centered design, innovation, strategy and psychology
When facilitating, we blend our backgrounds in psychology, our experience in strategy and our practice of human-centered design with our love for teaching and learning. We always tailor our trainings to the specific needs of the group, which is why we use short pre-training assessments to gauge how we can best add value. We also always measure the effect of trainings. Research suggest that most things are learnt more sustainably through experience, which is why all trainings we design are highly experiential.
We won't come in with all the answers. Some answers, but certainly not all. Instead, we facilitate a space where participants can learn not only from the trainer but also from each other. Our work always relies on evidence-based practices, is based in curiosity rather than certainty and prioritizes equity.
We collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including organizations, corporate teams, and universities who are committed to sustainable innovation and equity.

Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that focuses on understanding user needs, generating creative ideas, and iterating through prototyping and testing. It emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and experimentation, enabling teams to tackle ambiguous problems with fresh perspectives. By integrating design thinking into my training and facilitation practice, we empower participants to embrace a mindset of curiosity and creativity, fostering an environment where new solutions can flourish. This approach not only enhances problem-solving skills but also encourages a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety and user-focused development.
